How can I learn tactical patterns effectively?

My tactical rating on here is around 1600, however the average time in which I solve those tactics is like 1 minute per tactic.
This is quite annoying because it means that I have absolutely zero chance to use a good tactical attack in 1 minute blitz. I started playing chess properly like 4 months ago so I don't have all those "tactical patterns" stucked in my brain, any ideas how can I learn them besides solving random tactics on the internet?
Solve structured (as opposed to random) tactics. Get Bain's Chess Tactics for Students and work your way through those. Solve the whole book over and over again until you can do them all instantly. The get something like Brennan's Tactics Time and solve all 1000 of those until you can do them all instantly.

Tactics should be divided into two parts. 1) Work on making simple tactics instinctual and instantaneous. 2) Work on using the building blocks from step 1 to solve for more complex tactics that require careful calculation.

For your speed at #2 to improve, your speed at #1 has got to improve first.
DunnoitAll Thanks for advice, I will surely look at this book.
Learning takes time. You shouldn't solve puzzles in 1 minute. And if you're not an experienced player you shouldn't play bullet games, nor even blitz. Those are not real chess.
Play a lot of classical and then start playing blitz and bullet. For me I felt I improved after solely focusing on classical then solely focusing on blitz then bullet. Its a circle of sorts. I find I get overall better at everyone if I focus on the others but by far playing classical will help the most. It is very important to take your time solving puzzles and not to rush. Pretend you have unlimited time. That is the only way to actually get much better at them.
In OTB rated tournaments playing games they last more than 4 hours sometimes. So take your time.
Lol I sometimes spend 10 minutes in a simple tactic just because I wasnt looking where I was supposed to.

I learnt tactics by just doing them lol.
Note there are Bain puzzles that come in Chessbase programs. The one for students is simpler.
