I agree that you shouldn't play blitz - play fairly slow games. Pick opponents who are not too far from yourself - maybe 50 points above or below you. I know people say you should play good players, but I think that's only after you've got used to the basics.

Play some basic openings. Get out your central pawns; bishops and knights to the centre; castle. Then develop your game. Read only books for beginners. Leave best games of the champions until later.

I don't care about u or u getting good at chess or ur rating. Im not going to give u advice. Bugger off.. Jk, idk make it fun and pretend ur this indestructible meatshield, make it entertaining. Again, stop moving fast, and watch Chessnetwork I guess.

I give you a little useful advice. When your opponent gets queen out like in the game you posted, attack her with horses! Then attack her with knights protected by the horses! Then attck her with pawns! Attack the queen with everything you have except your queen! Kick your opponent's queen around the board with the pawns, knights, bishops and rooks! Just don't touch your own queen! This will ensure you quickly win every time!

LOL, that doesn't make much sense, Tangelo. You must try to improve the position rather than attack the queen. However, sometimes you gain tempi by attacking the queen. But attacking her without a plan can damage your position.

@todo_pro When I was small, I enjoyed to attack the Queen! It was such a fun! After the King, the Queen is the best target to attack! However, unlike the king, the queen is fearless, much more accessible, and is much more fun to attack.

Please post an example game where someone attacks your queen without a plan and loses. I am curious!
