How can know that.

yes this could be that i wanted to know. We can see exactly the rank about the best players among all others players...
For example, i am the 18 579 th player in the rank....

There is a percentage of people that are worse than you. You could find the number of players and calculate. It's not that hard. You can find the percentage in your profile and click on the left side where you can see your Blitz rating.
