Welcome to the first week of TUOC! Just a reminder that playing banned openings results in a game win for your opponent, regardless of the outcome of the game. Feel free to have the table open in another tab while you play, as you are not required to memorize it.
To let others know when the matches are happening, feel free to post the match time in the comments of the blog. After your match is finished, please post the result in the along with a link to the first or last game. If you are unable to do so, please DM them to me.
I will not be using Challonge to handle pairings as the tiebreakers may not be indicative of the true standings, as "Variety of white openings" is an unorthodox tiebreaker and is thus not supported. The standings will instead be posted weekly with the pairings.
The participant list will tell you which division and group you fall into, while the pairings are beneath them. Have fun everyone!
