The queen can now additionally move like a knight. What do you think the new point value is?

Curious what you think the new point value would be of a queen that can also move like a knight.
I would go a little lower; the knight powers would change mating attacks. But the new knight powers wouldn't be useful for traditional knight stratagems like a knight outpost. I will go 11 points; the queen becomes worth normal queen plus 2 pawns
Does "move like a knight" also include jumping over other pieces?
A tangent question is - how would a queen with those powers compare to Rook+Bishop+Knight. The conventional queen bests a rook and minor in most cases (helps when other pieces are on the board), but I feel there would be diminishing returns.
I'm gonna say 13 if no jumping powers, 15 if jumping powers only applies when she moves in a knight's shape and if jumping powers always apply, 1. Qe3# ends the game.
Adding the knight's move fixes the queen's only "weakness". Now she controls every single square in a radius of two squares around her which I think is huge. Just think of how much king position matters in an endgame and what powerful influence a king can have in the area where he resides. That's really because he doesn't have a blind spot in any direction. Now the queen would have complete control over a 5x5 area *and* since she's so mobile, that control could quickly be exerted on any area of the board. She could force checkmate without the support of any other pieces; also she's much less vulnerable to knight forks.
