1. Ng3 (Amar opening) is A00 but lichess classifies it as E00
I suppose you mean 1.Nh3, which is the Amar opening. Probably the moves that followed made it transpose into some kind of queen's pawn game which would fall under E00. E.g. 1.Nh3 Nf6 3.d4 e6 3.c4 is the same as 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 e6 3.Nh3, which would be classified as E00.
If possible, an even better opening that creates many attacking chances would be 1. Nxf7 :)
