Fireworks, OP said K+R vs K+B ..no helpmate is possible, therefore I assue draw in USCF rules also along with FIDE rules (and almost all online sites)
Chess41Monster it has nothing to do with arrogance to play on there, assuming normal average players I and most people would play K+R on vs K+B for plenty of moves. I even had it done vs me in tournament game.
