Once in a while, I accidentally create games from my phone (I will trademark the term 'Butt Chessing', much like 'Butt Dialing'). I even just accidentally created from the web app (freak misclick). I had to abort the games which I would like to avoid doing, and there's the possibility I may have butt-chessed unaware.
I think a setting to display a confirmation would be useful for the less agile/clumsy of us.
