Draw position flag lose

In this game i played against my friend and i lost on time isn't that position a draw because if i had a queen and he only had a king that would be a draw if i lost on time isn't this the same concept? Because no matter how stupid i play it would still be a draw.

@max0904 After 17.a6, it is indeed what FIDE would call a "dead position"; hence it is a draw by FIDE rules. But the computer does not recognize all dead positions. Nobody has figured out how to code all the cases.

#3 is just a loss on time for Black.

If black king was on h1 - should have been a draw also. But lichess would assign it as a loss anyway.
