Your assumption isn't correct, Ra8 doesn't win a queen, it loses a pawn.

At move 6 it doesn't win the knight. Qc3 is another mate-in-one threat which doesn't work with the bishop at c4.

Bc4 is a blunder, just not losing a queen. Qa5+ wins the knight.
