Am looking for friends!

Maybe you should go outside and meet new people and find interesting stuff

I'm home-schooled, yet have tons of friends, irl and online.
It's never negatively affected my social life tbh

I DO GO OUTSIDE MY PARENTS ARE SO STRICT I CAN'T LEAVE THE BLOCK AND I GO OUTSIDEFOR 2 HOURS A DAY
My nephew, a fan of Roblox, let me in on their lingo. "Don't touch grass". Euphemism for never going outside, so little chance they might ever touch grass, indeed.

(Roblox has a nice feature though for addictive behavior, they use the goals or hooks of their games, to teach the player to learn some patience, it is fun looking at my nephew pacing around, as wanting so much the gizmo tool reward for playing further, Nah, kidding I am. I think it might end up in some self-awareness later).

One might have a whole life to make friends, and really I am not sure it has to be quantity like online social behavior might have it or appear to be about it, but the quality. It takes time sometimes to find such friends. And online is not where to find those first. I don't think so, I mean as models of friendship experience...

Might want to at least go look at grass, or other greenery where people like to hand out, when on vacation from their screen. Me, I have mostly concrete and asphalt left to look at in my walking universe. The rent is cheaper in places like that.. And other reasons not to touch grass.. But I have had less of those younger. from my older age (well I guess it might be just old age, relatively to Roblox demographics), and that is where one gets to really meet people. Chess club? never did that. But I did have friendly game with the same few people along periods, but it was not the friendship starter. More another common interest.

I hope I am giving constructive advice. But we all have our lonesome to carry through life and I might have a quirky view about such things. So, perhaps be patient, life is just beginning for you, not? sort of?
