Even for learners looking for a coach this is a bad move. The reviews help learners decide between different coaches as they are supposed to reflect the experience of other students who have learned from the coach. Fake reviews is a problem everywhere (so much so that new regulations are coming into effect here in the US to protect consumers); but the answer shouldn't be to remove ALL reviews.

Could you ask to get the reviews so you could publish them somewhere else? They probably just deactivated the function, I doubt they just deleted the db.

Maybe is not all lost.

Alientcp: Thanks good idea, Lichess created an account CoachReviews, I wrote them 3 days ago and asked for a copy of my reviews. Haven't received an answer yet but it might be lots of requests based on the number of coaches here I guess, I hope i get my reviews back safe and sound :) / Richard

Hi guys, just a small update on my part. I got a message from Lichess with the following text (I boiled it down) "If you would like to receive your reviews, please write to the Lichess account @CoachReviews which we have specifically set up for this purpose. After 30 days from this message to you, we cannot guarantee we will be able to send your reviews to you. "
So I wrote to that account the same day and asked for my reviews, there were around 10 reviews I believe. That was 9 days ago and I haven't received any reply sadly. So if any admins are following this thread, please help me out with this, I think there should be a solution. If any fellow coaches also wrote to @CoachReviews im interested to know if you succeeded or got any replies. Regards Richard
